How Cleveland Clinic deploys an effective telehealth service

Twenty percent of individuals would switch providers if another physician in their area offered telehealth services, according to a survey from American Well.

Yet, even as telehealth has been gaining popularity, only one-third of providers say their practice currently offers the service, according to a CDW Healthcare survey. Healthcare organizations often face roadblocks to deploying telehealth, such as struggling to engage patients — and even clinicians — in programs, along with working to identify which medical specialties are most receptive to virtual care. How can health systems work to overcome these challenges?

Find out in a webinar sponsored by telehealth company American Well on March 14 at 1 p.m. CT.

Matt Stanton, senior director of distance health at Cleveland Clinic, and Danielle Russella, president of customer solutions at American Well, will present on how Cleveland Clinic strategized and deployed its telehealth service, which has successfully grown to include chronic care and behavioral health, alongside its initial urgent care offerings.
