KLAS Research compiles its annual “Best in KLAS” report based on the 2,500 interviews with providers and payers at more than 4,500 hospitals and 2,500 clinics it conducts each month. During the interviews, the market research firm asks respondents to evaluate and rank their software and services vendors. Vendors are ranked on a scale of 0 to 100, including feedback in six performance categories: culture, relationship, operations, product, value and loyalty.
KLAS Research included 15 vendors in its overall secure communications solution survey for 2019. However, eight vendors — including Cerner and Spok Mobile — were omitted from the ranking due to small sample size.
The seven population health solutions and their overall ranking:
- Telmediq: 93.2
- Halo Communications: 92.2
- PerfectServe: 89
- TigerConnect: 88.3
- Voalte: 86.9
- Vocera: 86.2
- Epic: 85.9
