Through the transaction, HCTec has been able to expand its presence in the western part of the U.S. and bolster its service and consulting capabilities.
“HIMS and HCTec will combine their best practices to help our customers achieve their HIT initiatives, so they in turn can better serve their patients,” said Erich Strotbeck, HIMS general manager.
The combined companies will operate under the HCTec brand.
