Ms. Suennen announced the appointment in a blog post in late November.

“I am very excited to be back on the front lines of venture capital investing in the areas I love: health IT, health services, medical devices (non-invasive in this case) and where they all connect in digital health,” she wrote.

Ms. Suennen has put aside her consulting business, Venture Valkyrie, to focus solely on her new role. She previously worked for Psilos Group for 16 years, according to MedCity News.
