Nature, Scripps launch peer-reviewed digital medicine journal

Nature Research and La Jolla, Calif.-based Scripps Translational Science Institute have unveiled a new peer-reviewed journal, titled npj Digital Medicine.

The open-access journal will publish original research papers related to digital medicine, including the clinical implementation of digital and mobile technologies, virtual healthcare, data analytic methodologies and innovative sensor development.

Outside of research, the journal will also publish reviews, perspectives, editorials and commentaries related to digital health.
