1. Previously, Ms. Wiley served as vice president of consumer strategy and partnerships for New York City-based WebMD Health Corp.
2. She has also worked at Sunnyvale, Calif.-based Yahoo and Atlanta-based ShareCare.
3. In her new role with Independa, Ms. Wiley will be responsible for the company’s strategy initiatives, marketing and sales goals as well as partnerships.
