Here are five things to know about Dr. Grundy:
1. Dr. Grundy’s role at Innovaccer will be to support the company’s work in primary care.
2. Dr. Grundy is the founding president of the Patient-Centered Primary Care Collaborative and an adjunct professor of the Salt Lake City-based University of Utah School of Medicine’s family and preventive medicine department.
3. Dr. Grundy previously served as CMO of IBM’s healthcare and life sciences team.
4. He is an honorary member of the National Association of Primary Care in the U.K. and the National Association of General Practitioners in Ireland.
5. Dr. Grundy earned the Barbara Starfield Primary Care Leadership Award in 2016 and the National Committee for Quality Assurance Quality Award in 2012.
