Exec from hospital utilizing Meditech wins Canadian CIO of the Year Award

Toronto, Ontario, Canada-based Humber River Hospital CIO Peter Bak won the Information Technology Association of Canada’s 2016 Canadian CIO of the Year Award for the public sector.

Mr. Bak played a key role in developing Humber River’s new facility, the first fully digital hospital in North America.

Humber River Hospital utilizes Meditech’s EHR system.
