Pipeline Health will roll out the Cerner EHR system at the seven hospitals, 25 clinics and 12 free-standing emergency departments within its hospital network. By partnering with Cerner, the Pipeline Health network will operate on a single, connected EHR, which offers clinical, revenue cycle, ambulatory and value-based care solutions.
The Cerner Millennium EHR will replace multiple disparate EHR systems across Pipeline Health’s network. The EHR implementation is expected to take 28 months, according to the news release.
“Bringing all of our facilities onto the same EHR will help improve clinical decision making and boost health data access for our clinicians and patients, both now and well into the future,” said Jim Edwards, CEO of Pipeline Health.
