Nancy McDonnell. CIO of Illinois Valley Community Hospital (Peru). Ms. McDonnell joined Illinois Valley Community Hospital in 2008. As CIO, she oversees performance and strategic initiatives within the information systems department. She previously served as vice president of information services for Aurora, Ill.-based Old Second National Bank, where she was responsible for technology security. Ms. McDonnell is a designated Certified Information Systems Security Professional.
