Michael McKay. CIO of Wickenburg (Ariz.) Community Hospital. Mr. McKay began his career in health IT in 1976 at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. He eventually rose to the position of information systems operations manager, programmer and applications analyst at Beth Israel before joining Wickenburg Community Hospital as CIO in 2001. In January 2017, Mr. McKay led efforts to deploy Plexus Technology Group’s anesthesia EMR at the hospital’s surgical and diagnostic center.
