Leadership at the 146-bed hospital have been preparing for the Meditech EHR go-live for the past two years, assembling a systemwide task force to ensure the transition ran smoothly. The project, dubbed “eCuram,” focused on establishing physician buy-in and a streamlined transition to the new EHR.
“Over the past two years, staff across our organization and Meditech have been working diligently to ensure the journey to the new solution was a complete success,” Raphael Jaffrezic, CIO at Galway Clinic, said in a Meditech news release.
