Here are five things to know:
1. Allscripts closed its acquisition of HealthGrid in the second quarter. The EHR vendor also completed the sale of its OneContent business, bringing in $178 million.
2. The company posted $278 million in bookings for the second quarter, compared with $407 million during the same period last year.
3. After posting a $154 million net loss during the second quarter of 2017, Allscripts reported a $65 million net income for the second quarter of 2018.
4. Earnings per share was $0.36, compared with loss per share of $0.85 during the same period one year prior.
5. The company expects its full-year revenue to be between $2.15 billion and $2.25 billion, a 17 to 22 percent increase year-over-year.
