In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Allscripts has launched a plan for hospital and health systems to more quickly implement telehealth at their organizations through its EHR patient platform FollowMyHealth.
The plan allows Allscripts clients to host video appointments with their patients through FollowMyHealth. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Allscripts clients have increased the number of virtual visits by 9,000 percent.
