The Allscripts Developer Program offers both proprietary and Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources-enabled application program interfaces to connect third-party applications, devices and other technologies with Allscripts products.
With the certification of PainCAS, Allscripts EHR users can use a scientifically validated, web-based, patient self-report clinical tool to assess pain, function and risk of inappropriate opioid use. The tool tracks patients’ pain profiles while treatment is ongoing and monitors changes.
