According to the company’s notification letter, a malware attack in March 2013 allowed hackers unauthorized access to the “account information” section for some of the company’s patients, and exposed personal information such as names, addresses, dates of birth and credit card numbers.
According to SC Magazine, approximately 4,200 patients were affected.
