The app, Primary Care on Demand, gives patients 18 and older in Minnesota, Iowa and Wisconsin a symptom evaluation at no cost and allows them to be seen by a physician in about 30 minutes.

In order to access services through the app, patients download the app and log in using their Mayo patient portal username and password.
