Four medical virtual reality updates Becker’s has reported on since Nov. 10:

  1. Rochester, Minn.-based Mayo Clinic partnered with MediView to advance the use of augmented reality during surgery.
  2. Medtech company MediThinQ partnered with Lumus to develop an augmented reality tool for surgeons, according to a Dec. 14 MediThinQ news release provided to Becker’s.
  3. GE Healthcare partnered with MediView to create an augmented reality X-ray imaging system.
  4. Cleveland Clinic is using Microsoft HoloLens and Infinadeck omnidirectional tread
