Annapolis, Md.-based Luminis Health has restored telephone service across all of its locations as the health system continues recovering systems affected by a cybersecurity incident.

The health system said in a Sept. 16 update that patients can again call physician and surgeon offices directly for scheduling, test results, prescription questions and other care needs.

MyChart, Luminis Health’s patient portal, remains unavailable.

Luminis Health said its hospitals, physician practices and clinics remain open and are seeing patients. Emergency departments at Luminis Health Anne Arundel Medical Center and Luminis Health Doctors Community Medical Center are open, and surgeries are continuing at both hospitals and at the health system’s ambulatory surgery centers.

Luminis Health Anne Arundel Medical Center also continues to provide labor and delivery services.

The health system said teams are continuing to restore remaining affected systems and are testing systems for safety and quality as they are brought back online.

Luminis Health first disclosed the cybersecurity incident Sept. 1.
