Castle Connolly Incorporates “Meaningful Use” Into Criteria for Top Doctors

Castle Connolly Medical, a medical rating company in New York City that publishes a list of America’s Top Doctors, has announced that it will begin to recognize physicians who incorporate “meaningful use” of EHR in their practices, according to a Castle Connolly news release.

Castle Connolly’s efforts will be coordinated in conjunction with the recently released final rules announced by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius for meaningful use of EHR by providers and hospitals.
