The Bronx RHIO serves more than 1.4 million residents in the New York City area, encompassing more than 90 hospitals, health systems and ambulatory care centers. By leveraging IMAT, the Bronx RHIO aims to support its members with population health and other analytic capabilities.
IMAT uses a flexible data management platform, which collects and transforms patient information from a range of healthcare sources. On the IMAT platform, patient records can be normalized and standardized from any format, in an effort to streamline data integration.
