The cancer treatment center said one of its servers was accessed by an unauthorized party from February 2016 to July 2016. The accessed information included patients’ names, insurance information and Social Security numbers.
Singh and Arora Oncology Hematology was informed of the breach in August 2016.
The center is offering one year of free credit monitoring to impacted patients.
