Personal Connected Health Alliance (which targets home and remote health settings) and Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (which targets clinical healthcare settings) are working to improve the way health IT systems share information, in part by developing industry guidelines, conformity testing and certification processes for interoperable systems.
