More than 1,000 of the medical center’s 5,800 employees now use the app regularly, which is a significant proportion considering other perks included in the benefits package like finance management seminars have about 5 percent penetration among staff.
Feedback about the app from BMC employees has been overwhelmingly positive, and although the data that would put some numbers behind Sleepio’s claims hasn’t been released yet, it will be eventually. The hospital has plans to renew its current one-year contract with Sleepio at the end of 2016, BetaBoston reports.
