Boston Children’s Hospital Experiences Repeated Cyberattacks

Hackers have tried to infiltrate and take down Boston Children’s Hospital’s website through a series of cyberattacks this week, according to a Boston Globe report.

The hospital was the target of multiple attacks that attempted to impair the hospital’s website by overwhelming its capacity. The cyberattacks were not successful, and the hospital’s website is still functioning, according to the report.

Boston Children’s Hospital notified law enforcement of the multiple cyberattacks, and authorities are now attempting to determine the source of the attacks, according to the report.
