Mr. Schmidt revealed he was an iPhone user at Startup Fest in Amsterdam on Tuesday in an interview with CNBC.
He said that while he does use an iPhone, he also has a Samsung Galaxy S7, which uses Android’s operating system. Perhaps unsurprisingly, Mr. Schmidt says he prefers the Samsung phone to the iPhone.
“It has a better battery,” he said.
