Nanthealth, which partnered with Chicago-based Allscripts in March, now lays claim to Harris’ FusionFx interoperability and health information exchange platform. Other Harris products include provider and patient portals, referral management software and secure messaging software. The deal does not include Harris’ healthcare service contacts with the federal government.
This is Nanthealth’s largest acquisition to date.
