11 startups join Texas Medical Center accelerator

Texas Medical Center Innovation has selected 11 startups for its 2025 HealthTech Accelerator, a six-month program designed to help early-stage medtech companies advance clinical and commercial development.

The new cohort, announced Oct. 28, includes startups applying AI, biomedical engineering and clinical technologies to areas such as surgery, respiratory care, diagnostics and women’s health. The program begins Nov. 3 at the TMC Innovation Factory in Houston.

During the six-month accelerator, participants work with hospital experts, researchers and advisors on areas including clinical trials, regulatory strategy, data security, intellectual property and fundraising. The program begins with customer discovery and clinical validation sessions before participants spend five months refining go-to-market plans alongside TMC specialists.

The 2025 cohort includes OsseoLabs, Roam Technologies, SageSpectra, OptiLung, Dozee, Dynamic Light, Endomedix, Xander Medical, Freyya, Scinvivo and Respiree.
