Rob Cohen. CEO and President of Bamboo Health: If you think about interoperability as data sharing, I think it's important we don't just end up flooding providers with a ton of data and expecting them to do something with it.

Craig Richardville. Chief Information and Digital Officer of SCL Health (Broomfield, Colo.): The last thing I will talk about is value. It is one of those things that has been out there for a decade; we have seen pockets of success. When you look at the delivery and financing of healthcare we have to make sure we align the right incentives. Healthcare in of itself, I like to break it into two words. Historically, many people have focused on the care aspect. I think we are starting to see a shift to health, looking at prediction and prevention.

Nick Patel, MD. Chief Digital Executive and Vice Chair of Clinical Affairs in the Department of Medicine Health at Prisma Health (Greenville, S.C.): Part of the challenge is understanding what capabilities have worked in the past but where do we truly need to enhance. Looking beyond an electronic health system, but looking at how you provide virtual care services on demand seamlessly with high fidelity and be able to connect patients to the right provider.

Arun Ramasubranabian. System Senior Vice President of IT and Digital at Commonspirit Health (Chicago): All the asks I get from smart people who have studied the complex things about human anatomy and they are really good at taking care of patients, when you talk to them, it is pretty obvious to me that technology right now is very intrusive and not easy to use.

John Henderson. Vice President and Chief Information Officer at CHOC (Orange County, Calif.): I think IT is going to really shift. We have been more of a service delivery organization, with the COVID-19 pandemic we have shifted to a strategic partner within the organization. We have more of a critical function that can really drive the organization forward.
