Here are seven data breaches that occurred within the last month, starting with the most recent.

 

1. Lucile Packard Children's Hospital at Stanford in Palo Alto, Calif., notified 12,900 patients about a potential data breach.

 

2. Sacramento, Calif.-based Sutter Health is notifying more than 4,500 patients of a data breach discovered during a drug raid in Oakland, Calif.

 

3. The University of Massachusetts Amherst announced that is notifying 1,670 patients of a possible data breach at its Center for Language, Speech, and Hearing.

 

4. Suffolk, Va.-based Bon Secours Hampton Roads Health System announced that it is notifying patients of a data breach that occurred at Bon Secours Mary Immaculate Hospital in Newport News, Va.

 

5. The University of Florida in Gainesville announced that it is notifying 5,682 patients and parents of patients at the UF Health Pediatrics – Tower Square in Gainesville of a data breach.

 

6. Miami-based Jackson Health System notified 1,407 patients of a personal health information data breach.

 

7. Sonoma (Calif.) Valley Hospital announced a data breach affecting 1,350 surgery patients.
