1. The Michigan Health Information Network Shared Services implemented 4medica’s master patient index technology to match incoming data with the correct patient record.

2. Trinitas Regional Medical Center in Elizabeth, N.J., rolled out telehealth services from Horizon CareOnline, which is powered by American Well, to its employees and patients.

3. Rockford, Ill.-based SwedishAmerican hospital implemented an Epic EHR July 1.

4. New Albany, Ind.-based Physicians’ Medical Center Regional Hospital is planning to implement Meditech’s Expanse EHR later in 2018.

5. Augusta (Ga.) University Health partnered with chronic care management solutions vendor NavCare.
