4 hospitals win HIMSS’ 2014 Davies Awards

HIMSS has announced the four winners of its 2014 Nicholas E. Davies Award of Excellence, which goes to organizations that have used health IT to improve patient outcomes while receiving a return on investment. This is the largest number of winners of the Davies Enterprise Awards since the award began in 1996.

The four winners are:

  • Lakeland Healthcare (St. Joseph, Mich.)
  • El Hospital Marina Salud de Denia (Spain)
  • Truman Medical Center (Kansas City, Mo.)
  • University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics (Iowa City)
