Here are 12 recent health IT vendor contracts and go-lives:

1. Atlanta-based Grady Health System implemented Care Logistics' Hospital Operating System per a five-year contract.

2. Bethlehem, Pa.-based St. Luke’s University Health Network extended its care management agreement with CarePort.

3. Regional West Health Services in Scottsbluff, Neb., is transitioning to the Cerner Millennium EHR system and patient portal.

4. Pecos, Texas-based Reeves County Hospital District tapped Cerner CommunityWorks for an integrated EHR and revenue cycle solution.

5. La Clinica de Familia in Las Cruces, N.M., transitioned its 155 providers to an eClinicalWorks EHR.

6. Humana selected Fitbit's new connected health platform as its preferred health coaching service for its employer group segment.

7. Portland-based Oregon Health & Science University expanded its partnership with GE Healthcare to develop an application that makes care recommendations for patients at high risk for developing sepsis.
