Zotec enters RCM agreement with Integrated Medical Services

Zotec, one of the nation's largest revenue cycle and practice management providers, contracted with Phoenix-based Integrated Medical Services.

As part of the agreement, Zotec integrated its billing technology across the IMS system, which has roughly 100 providers and 50 locations. Zotec will also provide RCM analytical support to the physician-led multispecialty group, including services related to data access, time-of-service collection and patient experience.

"Because patient responsibility for payment continues to increase, we first outlined the need to enhance IMS' patient experience methods, including implementing our time of service collections module, increasing the group's access to patient data and expanding payment options for patients," said David J. Law, executive vice president of sales and marketing with Zotec, in the release.
