Offices will be located at a former long-term care facility in Gillette called Pioneer Manor, according to a Gillette News Record report.
“Our EMR in the hospital is Meditech, and we are transitioning to Meditech Ambulatory for all our clinics, beginning in spring 2018. That’s why it made sense to combine the billing offices into one location,” Karen Clarke, a CCH spokesperson, told Becker’s Hospital Review via email.
The Gillette News Record reports the move is part of CCH’s efforts to conduct infrastructure updates and minor construction at Pioneer Manor for uses such as storage space, new offices and expanding IT.
CCH anticipates the billing offices consolidation won’t take place until at least December.
