The Wilshire Group said the acquisition of the healthcare revenue consulting firm will allow it to “robustly support more non-Epic client sites and add valuable hands-on review and analysis expertise for underpayment and denial remediation,” according to a June 24 news release from the company.
The Trifecta Group serves health systems, payers, and providers across the country, according to the release. Its services include evaluation and assessment of people, processes, and technology performance; project management; reorganizations; and assistance with mergers, acquisitions, or system implementations.
