Tranzon, a real estate auction franchise, will feature Eastern Niagara in an online auction from May 30 to June 6.
The hospital initially went up for auction in mid-April and sits on 5.83 acres and is 203,829 square feet.
Eastern Niagara closed after it filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and signed an operating agreement with Catholic Health in 2019. Catholic Health opened a replacement hospital, Catholic Health Lockport (N.Y.) Memorial Health, in October.
