“The revised outlook reflects our view of CCHD’s improved operating performance for fiscal 2015,” said S&P credit analyst Robert Dobbins.
CCHD also faces several challenges, including its declining unrestricted reserves and the construction of Gillette, Wyo.-based Legacy Living Center. However, S&P anticipates the project will be completed by the end of fiscal year 2016.
