S&P revises outlook for Baptist Memorial Health Care to negative

S&P Global Ratings revised its outlook for Memphis, Tenn.-based Baptist Memorial Health Care from stable to negative.

The outlook revision reflects the system's substantial operating losses in fiscal 2018.

S&P affirmed its "BBB+" rating for the system.
