S&P Global Ratings revised the outlook to negative from stable on Milford (Mass.) Regional Medical Center's $107 million of series 2014F and 2017E bonds.
"The negative outlook reflects our view of Milford's weakened financial profile in fiscal 2016 and some uncertainty about its ability to achieve its projections for fiscal 2017," said S&P analyst Jennifer Soule.
S&P also affirmed the "BBB-" rating on Milford's bonds.
