Fitch Ratings revised Cullman (Ala.) Regional Medical Center’s outlook to stable from positive.

Fitch also upgraded the rating on Cullman’s $59.7 million of series 2009A bonds to “BBB-” from “BB+.”

The rating upgrade is based on a number of factors, including Cullman’s improved operating profile, solid liquidity and strong market position.
