Decatur Hospital Authority does business as Wise Regional Health System.

“The positive outlook reflects our view of Wise’s improved operations and maximum annual debt service coverage through the year-to-date period ended June 30, 2015,” said S&P credit analyst Robert Dobbins. “Furthermore, debt metrics have moderated modestly since we assigned the rating in 2014.”
