S&P assigns ‘AA-‘ rating to Santa Rosa Community Health Centers’ bonds

S&P Global Ratings has assigned an “AA-” rating to the California Municipal Finance Authority’s $12 million of series 2016 bond issued for Santa Rosa (Calif.) Community Health Centers.

The rating assignment is based on S&P’s full faith and credit of California.

The outlook is stable, reflecting S&P’s solid view of California’s general obligation debt rating.
