At the same time, Fitch affirmed its “AA/A-1” rating on Norton Healthcare’s series 2011A and 2011B based on its joint criteria methodology.
S&P revised the outlook from positive to stable.
“The outlook revision reflects our view of such factors as Norton’s good but softer operations in the first half of fiscal 2017,” said Brian Williamson, an S&P Global Ratings credit analyst.
