RJD Green completes acquisition of payment software developer: 3 things to know

RJD Green has completed its acquisition of IOSOFT, a healthcare payment software developer.

Below are three quick facts about the deal.

1. This acquisition is RJD Green’s first foray into the healthcare industry. IOSOFT is part of the newly created Healthcare Services Division at RJD Green.

2. IOSOFT is a third-party developer of proprietary software for medical billing, healthcare claims adjudication and electronic payments between payers and provider organizations.

3. Currently, IOSOFT is focusing on healthcare payment systems, technologies and software that can be integrated with legacy systems of payers, such as Blue Cross, Aetna and Cigna.
