Fitch affirms Einstein Healthcare Network’s ‘BBB’ rating

Fitch Ratings has affirmed the “BBB” rating on Philadelphia-based Einstein Healthcare Network’s $478.8 million of series 2015A revenue bonds.

The rating affirmation is based on several factors, including EHN’s manageable debt burden and strong maximum annual debt service coverage.

The outlook is stable.
