Revint Solutions, a healthcare revenue integrity and recovery services provider, acquired CloudMed Solutions and AcuStream.
Through the acquisitions, Revint will gain capabilities in charge capture and diagnosis- related group validation. CloudMed is an automated DRG review solution, while AcuStream focuses on charge capture solutions for healthcare providers.

The acquisitions of CloudMed and Acustream come after Revint merged with IMA Consulting in December and acquired Naveos in February.
