Here are four things to know.
1. The combined business will offer revenue integrity and recovery solutions as well as revenue cycle management, consulting and interim management services, the companies said via news release. Specifically, this includes solutions such as transfer diagnosis-related group, DRG validation and zero balance underpayment recovery, to name a few.
2. Both companies together will serve more than 1,500 healthcare organizations nationwide.
3. IMA and Revint leaders will continue to manage and grow the merged entity.
4. A majority investment from New Mountain Capital facilitated the combined company, the companies said.
