Zinserv founder and experienced healthcare consultant Jim Yarsinsky believes the company serves a unique staffing need for many hospitals.
“A vast number of health systems, especially critical access hospitals, cannot find the right personnel with sufficient skills within the areas of billing, coding, hospital accounts receivables and other revenue cycle functions,” said Mr. Yarsinsky. “More and more hospitals are showing interest in hiring contract professionals, such as CAH billers, as an adjunct to their staff, or on an as-needed basis.”
Besides staffing services, the revenue cycle startup offers extended business office solutions from its Evesham, N.J., headquarters. These outsourced services include aged receivables work-downs, denials management and coding projects.
