QueueLogix, a revenue cycle management software and services provider and HealthChannels subsidiary, partnered with ReferWell, a cloud-based platform focused on the medical referral process.
Here are three things to know.
1. Overall, the partnership is designed to make the referral process more efficient and effective for health systems and providers by linking in scribe capabilities at the point of service. It is also designed to improve patient experience, according to a news release.
2. The partnered solution specifically works to "properly identify a referral, coordinate the referral, and provide valuable referral follow-up services to the patient," the release states.
3. The QueueLogix and ReferWell solution launched in a Northeastern academic medical setting and is now available to health systems throughout the U.S.
